OUR FOOD PANTRY

We have an "emergency food pantry" at the church. We help anyone in the area.


For our folks who are able to shop a little extra, please consider dropping off items to help others in our community. NOTE: We do not accept fresh produce, bread, milk, or other soon-to-perish items. Please do not bring anything dented, opened, partially used, expired, or within 6 months of expiring.


Thank you so much for continuing to support our food pantry. So many families in our area have been blessed because of YOUR donations! Summers are especially hard for families because the children are not eating one or two meals at school each day.


Currently, our pantry has need of the following items:


  • chicken (including nuggets, strips, patties, breasts, & legs) -- 1 to 3 lb. packages
  • ground beef -- 1 to 3 lb. packages
  • peanut butter
  • jelly
  • can (pop top) or microwaveable bowls of spaghetti-os, ravioli, etc.
  • complete meals in a bowl (e.g., Compleats)
  • taco seasoning packets
  • cups/cans of peaches, pineapple, mixed fruit
  • applesauce
  • muffin/cookie mixes (just add water is nice!)
  • frosting/icing
  • Jello
  • ranch dressing
  • dish soap
  • laundry detergent
  • shampoo & conditioner

For your reference, here is A COMPLETE LIST OF ITEMS we try to carry in the pantry:


  • complete meals in a box (Banquet Homestyle Bakes, etc.)
  • complete meals in a bowl (Compleats, etc.)
  • hamburger/tuna/chicken helper
  • potato/rice/flavored pasta sides
  • boxed cold cereal (particularly for kids: Cap'n Crunch, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Reese's, Coco Puffs, etc.)
  • Pop Tarts (particularly brown sugar, fudge, s'mores, Oreo, strawberry, cherry)
  • breakfast/granola bars
  • pancake mixes (just add water is super nice!)
  • maple-flavored pancake syrup
  • oatmeal (small boxes of flavored packets preferred)
  • peanut butter or cheese sandwich crackers
  • peanut butter
  • jelly
  • pudding/Jello cups
  • canned fruit or fruit in cups
  • canned meat (chicken, beef, tuna, etc.)
  • canned soups (chicken noodle, tomato, potato, vegetable, beef stew, & chili)
  • canned or microwave spaghetti-os, ravioli, etc.
  • macaroni and cheese (boxes or microwavable cups)
  • pork and beans
  • broth (chicken, beef, or vegetable)
  • taco seasoning (packets)
  • gravies (jar or packets)
  • pasta (penne, shells, elbow, spaghetti, etc.)
  • pasta sauce (tomato/alfredo)
  • Ramen noodles (chicken/beef)
  • canned green beans, corn, peas, carrots, & potatoes
  • cake, brownie, muffin, & cookie mixes (just add water is super nice!)
  • cake/cookie frostings
  • ranch dressing/dip
  • 4pk toilet paper
  • toothbrushes & toothpaste
  • deodorant (men's & women's)
  • disposable razors (men's & women's)
  • shampoo & conditioner
  • dish soap
  • feminine hygiene products
  • laundry detergent / fabric softener


The fastest items to go are quick meals (hamburger helper type or complete meals in a box), canned meat, pasta, boxed potatoes, rice, oatmeal packets, cereal, pop tarts, breakfast/granola bars, canned fruit, ramen noodles, soups, mac-n-cheese, toilet paper, laundry detergent, bar soap, shampoo/conditioner).
